Where IMK started
My first "paid gig" was baking for the local home industry, Mary's, when I was 12 years old. It was then I knew this would be my chosen life path.
From baking for a home industry, to helping my uncle at his catering company, woking in restaurants, selling to restaurants and eventually opening my own restaurant, restaurant consulting. Food and what it represents is why I don't work - I do what I love.
IMK started as a food blog but has moulded into what it is today. I do catering, customised food experiences and have a small retail food selection. Purchases can be made via the website shop or from my restaurant 78 Havelock
